QSR Restaurant

According to KFC researchers, approximately four million people visit a KFC restaurant in the United States every day. U.S. KFC customers enjoy nearly 800 million biscuits each year, 100 million pounds of coleslaw and nearly 200 million pounds of mashed potatoes. Overall, it is estimated that KFC sells 1.8 billion pieces of chicken each year.

Colonel Sanders, now an international pop cultural icon symbolizing family, innovation and entrepreneurial spirit, was born in Indiana, drove a Cadillac and was known to wear his trademark white suit. He made his proprietary recipe famous more than a half a century ago after perfecting it with a pressure cooker.

Chicken is the entree of choice for QSR consumers, with even more servings sold than burgers and a seven percent growth rate over the last five years.

KFC is a fantastic brand and it’s a fun brand to be involved with… What drives me is continuing to grow the business – taking this opportunity, really running with it and making it as big as we possibly can.
